Eggs and leeks
Instructions
Peel leeks, cut into slices the white part and let them dry in a pan with the butter.
Add salt, pepper and sprinkled with nutmeg.
Stir.
Add three tablespoons of hot water, cover and cook fresh focus for about twenty minutes.
If necessary, add a little water.
When they are cooked, remove them from the Pan and place them in a serving dish.
Add to the pan a bit of butter and bake eggs, add salt and pepatele.
Place the leeks and serve.
