Instructions

Grease 4 pans from the oven and cover the bottom with endive leaves arranged in flower.

Fry the onion rings in butter.

Season the Endive and deploy the onion, cover with aluminum foil and go in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

Break 2 eggs into each pan, sprinkle with the diced ham, salt, drizzle with melted butter and put in the oven in order to thicken the egg white.

Serve hot.
