Eggs with sausage
Instructions
Coarsely chopped the sausage and Brown in a hot pan without any seasoning.
When you become well, then drizzle with the colourful wine and let evaporate.
Grease four-serving dishes, put on the bottom of each a bit of sausage and eggs sgusciatevi above.
Add salt and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees until the egg white has softly curdled.
Serve hot immediately.

- 4 eggs
- 300 g of tape sausage
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- Butter
- Salt
