Eggs with Tomatoes (Uova con Pomodori)
Instructions
Remove the top cover to the tomatoes, remove the seeds and pulp, sprinkle the pretzels, turn upside down because they lose their water.
When ready toss internally with a pinch of oregano and pepper, pour in a little oil.
Grease a baking pan, sprinkle the tomatoes and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
When cooked shelled in every tomato an egg.
Put in oven for 5 minutes.
Withdrawn, sprinkle fresh parsley.

- 4 eggs
- 4 great tomatoes
- 1 pinch of oregano
- Fresh parsley
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
