Instructions

Boil the asparagus for 20 minutes.

Cook soft-boiled eggs, put them in egg cups and serve with warm asparagus well along with individual bowls of slightly salty butter and melted in a Bain-Marie.

Enjoy asparagus dipping the tip in the butter and then the soft-boiled egg.
