Eggs with tomato
Instructions
Cook poached eggs, drain and put in oven 4 Berry cocotte.
Sprinkle each egg with a little broth and then cover them with 1 slice of tomato, 2 anchovy fillets, a pinch of oregano and 1 slice of mozzarella.
Sprinkle with salt and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 5-6 minutes, the time it takes to melt mozzarella.

- 4 eggs
- 8 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 tomato
- Broth
- 4 pinches of oregano
- Salt
