Instructions

Beat for a few moments the eggs with a pinch of salt.

Melt a little butter in a pan and pour in the eggs.

Add another bit of butter, a little milk and cubed fontina and, stirring constantly, to thicken eggs and melt the cheese.

Serve immediately.
