Eggs with tuna
Instructions
Cut lengthwise hard-boiled eggs.
Pass through a sieve the yolks, the drained tuna and anchovies washed and de-boned.
Mix in the past worked butter cream.
Fill half eggs with this compound.
Cover with mayonnaise and cucumbers cut into rings.

- 6 hardboiled eggs
- 100 g of tuna in olive oil
- 3 anchovies
- 50 g of butter
- Gherkins
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
