Instructions
In a pan sauté the chopped onion with butter.
Add the tomato pulp, salt, oregano and cook for 7 minutes.
Dice the crescenza and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Pour the eggs and cheese, soft in the sauce and cook over medium heat stirring constantly.
Remove from heat when the eggs are cooked and soft again.

- 1 onion
- 30 g of butter
- Oregano
