Instructions
Pour the yoghurt in a pan and let it warm up and melt slightly.
Soon after, add the flour and cook for about 5-6 minutes on low heat until the ingredients are blended.
Stir, using a whisk or a wooden spoon to avoid creating any lumps.
Next, Peel the garlic, rinse it under running water, dry it with absorbent kitchen paper and tritatelo finissimamente using a mixer.
Do the same with the Mint, and leave in a pan melt butter.
Pour the spices and a pinch of salt and let stand for a few minutes on low flame.
Finally, spread the yoghurt (in equal parts) into four individual possibly aboard an open bottom, break 2 eggs into each taking care to remain whole, pour a little bit of butter (formerly flavored), pepper and simmer in the oven already warm for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Serve hot eggs.

- 500 g of whole yoghurt
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
