Baked trout with almond flakes
Instructions
Carefully clean the trout, rinse under running water and let drain for about 10 minutes.
Soon after, season with salt and pepper and place them in a baking pan previously greased with butter.
Then, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped parsley and onion, previously cleaned, rinsed and dried with absorbent kitchen paper.
Cook in hot oven for 20 minutes and halfway through the cooking, add the cream (warm) and toasted almonds and chop coarsely.
Continue cooking and serve immediately.

- 4 trout
- 100 g of liquid cream
- 150 g of peeled roasted almonds
- 1 cipollina
- Chopped parsley
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
