Tasty trout
Instructions
Boil the potato and celery in water for about an hour.
Separate the vegetables from the broth and reduce the potato to puree.
Rain pour semolina into about 200 g of vegetable broth piping hot and slightly salty, stir trout and mashed potatoes, drizzle with the olive oil extra virgin and complete with the chopped parsley.

- 1 jar of homogenate of trout
- 1 potato
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
