White mullet
Instructions
Clean the fish, wash, dry, and then salt them internally.
Prepare a mixture with the shallots and Rosemary leaf pizzicone.
Pour a little olive oil on the bottom of an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the fish in a single layer, cover with the chopped and salt them lightly.
Drizzle with wine and with the filtered juice of the lemon.
Seal the baking dish with a sheet of plastic wrap.
Passed in the microwave and cook for 2 minutes at three-quarters of the power and for 5 minutes at maximum power.
Baked fish, guarnitelo to taste and serve.

- 4 mullet from portion from 800 g
- 2 small shallots
- 1 thread of olive oil
- Dry white wine
- 1 lemon
- 1 pinch of rosemary leaves
- Salt
