Red mullet with mashed broad beans
Instructions
Add salt, pepper red mullet fillets and cook for 4 minutes in a pan with hot water.
Passed to the Blender the beans along with Palani lessa, the sauce of red mullet and raw oil, resulting in a rather soft mashed consistency.
Accommodate the fish fillets on a bed of mashed potatoes and garnish with the tomato reduced to bits and celery cut into half rings; complete with a macinatina white pepper, fresh, a pizzichino of salt, then bring to the table.

- 200 g of red mullet fillets
- 1 costa of white celery (40 g)
- 30 g of fave scalded and peeled
- 20 g of tomato pulp
- 1 palani lessa (10 g)
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pizzichino of salt
- Minced 1 of white pepper in grains
