Saffron mullets
Instructions
Clean and wash the mullets.
Arrange in a baking dish, spread the tomatoes cut into fillets, sprinkle with thyme, olive oil, salt, pepper and wine in which was dissolved a pinch of Saffron.
Put in a hot oven at 220 degrees and cooking (more or less 10 minutes from when the wine is named after the boil, depending on the size of the fish).

- 4 mullet
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- Thyme
- Saffron
- Salt
- Pepper
- 15 cl of white wine
