Instructions

Gutting, scale and wash the mullets.

Put them in a pan with oil, capers, white wine, lemon juice and chopped parsley and cook over moderate heat for about 15 minutes, remove the fish and keep them warm.

To restrict the sauce, pour over fish and serve.
