Trenette with arugula
Instructions
Mix chopped rocket with the soncino, Basil and Mint, drizzle with olive oil, a pinch of salt and shredded cheese.
Cook the trenette in salted water, drain and place in vegetables, pepper, stir quickly and serve immediately.

- 100 g of arugula salad
- 50 g of soncino salad
- Some leaves of basil
- Some leaves of mint
- Olive oil

- 100 g of short seasoned pecorino cheese
- 400 g of type trenette pasta
