Rice cake (2) (Tortino di Riso (2))
Instructions
Brown the mushrooms softened and squeezed with butter and chopped scallions.
Add the rice, sprinkle of marsala and bring to cooking by combining the broth a little at a time.
Then add saffron, let cool and add the beaten eggs with a little Parmesan.
Place in a buttered mould, spread butter flakes and Parmesan cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
