Lake whitefishes pie with potatoes
Instructions
Eviscerated, wash and dry the fish, some small incisions along the back.
Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into very thin slices, arrange in layers in a large baking pan with oil, season veiled with spilled oil, some chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Over, lie down the Lake whitefishes, spolverizzateli with abundant minced herbs, softened with a bit of oil spilled.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour.
Transfer the cake to a serving platter and serve at the table.
