Baked tortiglioni streamers
Instructions
Cook the tortiglioni in boiling salted water and drain them al dente.
Toss with the two beaten eggs, capers, washed and chopped anchovies, diced mozzarella, oregano and olive oil.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with a little butter, round of breadcrumbs to prevent sticking.
Pour the tortiglioni, sprinkle them with the toasted breadcrumbs and some swirl of butter.
Peel in hot oven for 15-20 minutes to grill.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type tortiglioni pasta
- 1 mozzarella di bufala
- 4 salted anchovies
- 2 eggs
- 30 g of capers
- 1 pinch of crumbled oregano
- 3 tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Some curls of butter
- Salt
