Pan of mussels
Instructions
Brush and wash mussels carefully under running water.
Place in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon oil and let them open a high flame.
Delete the upper valve, collect the remaining liquid in the Pan and strain it through a fine strainer.
Grease the cake tin and settle the mussels with the fruit upward, forming a single layer, non-overlapping tiles.
Mix in a bowl the bread crumbs with parsley and garlic, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Knead by spraying with liquid of mussels.
Spread the mixture over the mussels.
Sprayed the mussels with the remaining oil, and put the Pan in the oven already warm for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, break the eggs into a bowl, add salt and beat them and pour over mussels.
Put in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Serve immediately on the table.
