Salted rice cake
Instructions
Finely chop the onion, doratela in half the butter, then add the rice and cook slowly add the broth until al dente.
Meanwhile chop spinach and saute it in butter.
When the risotto is ready, add spinach, 100 g of Parmesan, salt, pepper and eggs.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking pan greased with butter, cover with the remaining cheese and some butter.
Put in hot oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

- 500 g of rice
- 300 g of boiled spinach
- 3 eggs
- 200 g of grated parmesan cheese

- 150 g of butter
- 200 cl of broth
