Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a pan with two tablespoons of water.

Let cool.

Whip egg whites until foamy.

Work the butter until creamy, add the melted chocolate, egg yolks, whipped egg whites and sugar.

Add flour and vanilla sugar, then mix well.

Grease and flour a cake mold of about 20 cm in diameter and pour in the mixture.

Bake at 180 degrees for about an hour and a half.

When the cake has cooled remove from pan and cut it horizontally so as to form two discs.

Spread Nutella on one half of the cake and overlay the second half.

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with the water and add the sugar.

Simmer for 10 minutes after boiling.

Spread the mixture over cake and let solidify.
