Pork chops to pinot
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil with the garlic crushed and remove when golden brown.
Arrange the chops in the Pan and let them cook to vivacious fire pinwheels repeatedly.
Sprinkle the wine, cover and bring to boiling.
When the wine is almost completely used up, adjust the salt, add the parsley and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pork chops
- 10 cl of pinot sparkling wine
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
