Instructions

After having set aside a small amount for Buttering the Pan, leave in a pan melt the butter in a Bain-Marie.

Meanwhile, place the flour, add the sugar and almonds, 1 pinch of salt and, eventually, the liquefied butter.

Knead and knead for a few minutes.

Place in pan and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Put on the wire rack and let cool before serving.
