Zucchini Pie (Torta di Zucchine)
Instructions
Roll out the dough, foderarvi a pan, cover with greaseproof paper and dried beans and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Thinly slice the courgettes, beat the eggs with the cream, a pinch of salt, 2-3 tablespoons of parmesan and some chopped mint leaves.
Alternate layers of Zucchini and egg mixture, then sprinkle Parmesan.
Go in the oven for 20 minutes.

- 3 zucchini
- 200 g of cooking cream
- 3 eggs
- Grana
