Instructions

Parsley, Sage, basil, garlic and Rosemary are chopped and then mixed with half a cup of oil and all, well mixed.

Then leave to marinate for about an hour repeatedly rigirandole.

A very hot sod, put the chops on the plate and cook for about 10 minutes, making sure to rotate them.

Finally, season with salt and prepare them after cooking, on the plate, and serve at the table still hot.
