Vegetable pie
Instructions
Clean the tomatoes, cut into pieces and cook with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and basil.
Clean and slice the mushrooms and heat in a saucepan with oil, salt and pepper.
Boil the potatoes in salted water, Peel and mash with care, prepared a mashed them cook for a few minutes with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Stir the egg yolks to potatoes.
Cut the mozzarella into slices.
In a baking pan lined with baking parchment paper place, layered, the mixture of potatoes, mushrooms, tomato sauce and a few slices of mozzarella, making sure to end with a layer of mozzarella.
Bake at 180 degrees already warm for 30 minutes.
