Tofu pie
Instructions
Mix the flour, 2 Cl Apple juice, 2 Cl of olive oil and a little bit of warm water; form a loaf and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Blend tofu with bananas and add the orange juice.
Roll out the dough into a buttered baking dish by 18 cm in diameter, pour the cream and add the pine nuts; leave in the oven 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

- For the dough:
- 100 G = = wholemeal flour
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Apple juice
- For the filling:
- 300 g of tofu
- 1 orange (juice)
- 2 bananas
- Some of pine nuts
