Instructions

You heat the oven to 200° c (thermostat 6).

Wash the white stems of leeks and cut them into thin slices.

Melt the butter in a large casserole and sprinkle the leeks.

Mix well and cook over low heat for about fifteen minutes until they are tender.

Meanwhile, flour the work surface and spianatevi a rectangle of puff pastry of 30 x 25 cm.

Fold this rectangle in half lengthwise.

Sprinkle rolling pin, without pressing too, to eliminate air bubbles day.

Seal the edges of the dough by pressing OK on the two thicknesses.

Place the dough on a baking plate, slightly damp holes the entire surface with the teeth of a fork and bake in the oven for ten minutes.
