Potato and cauliflower cake
Instructions
Add a little olive oil to the pasta that you purchased, knead dough and let it rest a bit.
Meanwhile boil the cauliflower, drain, divide them into florets and cook them in a pan with a knob of butter and a clove of garlic.
In another saucepan Brown the sausage, cut into small pieces and then join the sliced potatoes.
In a bowl stir broccoli, sausage, potatoes, pitted black olives, eggs, salt and pepper.
Grease a cake tin, foderatela with two-thirds of the dough, pour the mixture in the bowl, cover with one remaining discodella pasta, stamped with the prongs of a fork and brush with olive oil.
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.
