Hazelnut Cake (Torta di Nocciole)
Instructions
Finely chop the hazelnuts.
In a bowl beat the egg yolks with sugar and butter, then add the flour, the hazelnuts, cocoa, vanilla and the clear snow mounted soda.
Mix well the mixture and pour into a buttered and floured.
Place in oven for approximately 45 moderately warm.
