Fig cake
Instructions
Clean with a cloth figs (which should not be too ripe), finely mince them with their Peel and place them in a bowl.
Add the flour, the sugar, the egg and the grated lemon rind; mix with care by combining the Marsala and, lastly, the yeast.
Stir it for a long time until you get a soft and homogeneous dough.
Grease a baking dish, pour the mixture and place in hot oven for 45 minutes.

- 300 g of flour
- 600 g of fresh figs
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of marsala wine
- 1 sachet of yeast
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- Butter
