Instructions
Roll out the pastry and foderatevi a buttered.
Stamped on the bottom with a fork.
Clean and slice the onions, butter flavour and cuotele covered half an hour without coloring them.
Cover with milk, salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with the cream and, stirring constantly, pour the mixture over the onions.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan, then spread here and there butter flakes.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for about half an hour.
Serve lukewarm.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 400 g of frozen shortcrust pastry
- 800 g of onions
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
