Mustard pork chops
Instructions
Cook the pork chops on a plate or in a skillet over high heat for 10 minutes, turning a few times.
Meanwhile, scliogliere in a saucepan the butter, add the mustard and Parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper.
With this compound coat chops and place in hot oven for about 10 minutes until you have formed a golden crust.

- 100 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 4 tablespoons of mustard
- 50 g of butter
