Orange Cake (Torta di Arance)
Instructions
Melt the butter in a pan.
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix well (with a fork or a whisk) the eggs and sugar; then, gradually add the flour, potato starch, vanilla and melted butter.
Set the oven to 180 degrees, grease the baking tray and infarinatela.
Pour in the mixture and bake for about half an hour.
When the cake is cooked, remove from oven and let it cool.
Once cool, place them on a baking tray or a tray, sprinkle with rum with a little water.
Peel oranges and cut into wheels, and with these decorated cake.
Heat apricot jelly with a tablespoon of water and spread it on the cake.
Serve cold.

- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 2 tablespoons of apricot jelly
