Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour (sifted with baking powder) with sugar, butter (melted and allowed to cool), grated orange zest and cinnamon.
Add to the mixture the egg whites very firm with a pinch of salt.
Pour into a buttered and floured, and bake in oven at 180 degrees already warm for 35-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Peel the kiwi, cut into small pieces and beat them in a blender with the sugar and vanillin.
Serve the pie cold with the prepared sauce.
