Instructions

Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and grated orange zest, add crushed amaretti, crushed almonds and clear mounted to snow.

Pour into buttered and floured baking tray.

Put in hot oven 170 degrees for 45 minutes, when the cake is cold powder with powdered sugar.
