Instructions
Peel the pears, apples and oranges, peel them bleed and cut everything into cubes.
Sprinkle the fruit with half the sugar and let stand in a cool place.
Blend together the cream, eggs, remaining sugar and Ginger: then incorporated to the mixture the flour sifted with baking powder and knead thoroughly.
Pour half the batter into a buttered and put over the chopped fruit.
Close the cake with the remaining pasta and gilds in oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
Serve cold, sprinkled with cake on the surface with icing sugar.

- 250 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g of fresh cream
- 80 g of butter
- 2 pere
- 2 apples
- 2 oranges
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- Icing sugar
