Zucchini cake
Instructions
Remove the flower from the zucchini, open it and remove the pistil.
Check the courgettes, wash them, dry them and thickly.
Stir cream eggs with a pinch of salt and paprika.

Put the zucchini with the flower at the Center, and drizzle with the cream mixture.
Bake the quiche in the oven already warm at 180 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.
Serve hot or warm.

- 450 g of basic pizza dough already stretched out
- 4 zucchini blossoms
- 20 cl of creme fraiche
- 2 eggs
- 2 sprigs of basil
- Sweet paprika
- Olive oil extra virgin
