Instructions

Mix the butter with the sugar and the flour with potato starch.

Combine these 2 compounds, making the dough into small pieces and working every bit on the table.

Later gathered all the bits of dough and make sure everything is well blended.

Grease a cake tin and put in the pasta making it adhere to the bottom and to the brim.

Fill this with pitted plums.

Cook for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar, place in the oven for 5 minutes.
