Old-fashioned pie
Instructions
To make the pastry use 300 g flour, 150 g sugar and 100 g of butter.
Divide the pastry into 2 parts and apply disk-shaped.
Prepare the cream: mix sugar, flour and milk.
Incorporate 4 yolks and lemon zest.
Transfer to pot and put on fire.
Bake until the custard is thick.
Let cool and spread on a disk of dough, cover with the other disk, brush with remaining egg yolk and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.

- 300 g of short pastry
- 250 g of milk
- 100 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- Grated lemon rind
