Baked tuna
Instructions
Line the bottom of a baking pan greased with oil with eggplant.
Sprinkle with basil, pecorino, arrange the slices of tuna and cover them with the eggplant.
Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
Serve very hot with a sauce made by beating together with capers, garlic, basil, red pepper, yoghurt and tomatoes.

- 1 pack of grilled aubergines
- 400 g of tuna, thinly sliced
- Basil
- Garlic
- 30 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Capers
- Hot pepper
- Yoghurt
- Tomatoes
