Mallow tea, lemon balm and mint
Instructions
Put to infuse herbs for a few minutes in boiling water.
After filtered and sweetened with honey, consumed the herbal tea before going to bed.
The tea is very useful to relax.
Ingredients and dosing for 1 person
- 250 g of non-sparkling mineral water
- 1 teaspoon of mallow
- 1 teaspoon of melissa
- 1 teaspoon of mint
- Linden honey
