Quick tiramisu
Instructions
Place at the bottom of a bowl half the ladyfingers and soak them with coffee.
Working with the whisk the ricotta with the sugar and the vanilla until creamy and without lumps.
Cover ladyfingers with half cream, arrange on top of another layer of biscuits, wet them with coffee and also cover this layer with the cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa and put in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.

- 12 cookies ladyfingers
- 1 cup of coffee
- 400 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 20 g of chocolate
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- Sweet cocoa powder
