Instructions

Fry the potatoes, boil the cauliflower after split flare and cook al dente.

Grease the moulds and fill them in layers with the cauliflower and potatoes, garnish with butter and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Fry the Sage and guarnirvi the timballo arranged on a plate.
