Zucchini tian
Instructions
The ' tian ' is a Provencal food that owes its name to the clay pot used for cooking.
Cut the zucchini slices of 1 cm.
In a skillet, brown them in olive oil with the chopped garlic.
When they gave their water, add rice, salt, pepper and thyme.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes over low heat, gradually adding water, if necessary.
When the rice is almost cooked, stir it in to put a dish gratin (or baking dish terracotta).
Beat eggs, add cream and grated cheese.
Scatter over Zucchini and place in the oven during 20 minutes average.
