Hake dish and vegetables
Instructions
Do soften in a pan with oil, onions, carrots, leeks, sliced very thinly, adding a few tablespoons of hot water.
Place in the Bowl the hake into small pieces and add it slowly time in vegetables.
Sprinkle with a few tablespoons of wine and let it evaporate.
Join a potato before boiling and cut into slices, parsley and dill.
Season with salt and add half a glass of warm water.
Cook on a gentle flame until the fish is soft and the liquid has dried.
