Instructions
Clean the mussels, open them raw with a small knife, trim away the empty shell and let the other molluscs; also, collect and filter, the water that comes out of the shells.
Stir the mussels liquid with a drop of oil, one of vinegar, a bit of lemon juice and chopped garlic.
Place the mussels in a pan greased with oil, sprinkle with the mixture, finish with chopped parsley, washed with the rest of the oil and spread a thin layer of bread crumbs.
Bake at 200 degrees and let it Brown.
