Bonet monferrino
Instructions
Boil the milk and vanilla, caramelize sugar spoon in pudding mould.
Beat the eggs with sugar, finely pounded the macaroons together, always banging, cacao and rum.
Pour the milk boiling again, then put into the mould and bake in a water bath for 20 minutes.
Let cool and turn on the serving dish.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of milk
- 6 tablespoons of sugar
- 80 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 pod vanilla
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 5 eggs
- 1 dram of rum
